« Ce que je constate : ce sont les ravages actuels ; c'est la disparition effrayante des espèces vivantes, qu'elles soient végétales ou animales; et le fait que du fait même de sa densité actuelle, l'espèce humaine vit sous une sorte de régime d'empoisonnement interne —si je puis dire— et je pense au présent et au monde dans lequel je suis en train de finir mon existence. Ce n'est pas un monde que j'aime ».

Claude Lévi-Strauss

I am a Teacher-Researcher in Computer Science, Associate Professor (CAMES / LAFMC 35th - Session July 2013), HDR, at the Training and Research Unit in Science and Technology of the University of THIES since 2007. I am also a member of the Laboratory of Numerical Analysis and Computing of the Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis, the OWL Working Group W3C and the Web Semantic Actvity KOCC-SN (Knowledge Ontology Cultural Community).

Since January 2010, I have held a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Littoral Côte d’Opale (France) and University Gaston Berger of Saint-Louis under the supervision of Prof. Henri BASSON and Prof. Moussa LO. I also hold the Research Master in Modeling and Simulation of Complex Systems as well as the Professional Master in Engineering of Distributed Computer Systems from the University of Littoral Côte d'Opale. I obtained the diplomas of DEUG in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science in 2002, 2003 and 2004 respectively at the Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis. I also hold a BAC Series S1 at Lycée Charles De Gaulle in Saint-Louis in 1999.

My research theme is related to semantic web, ontology-based data integration and Dataweb Semantics, modeling and evolution of ontologies and the status of information, modeling and simulation of complex systems. I am also interested in models of self-regulation and equilibrium in systems, "semantic spaces", fact-checking.

The various pages of this site will allow you to access my publications and detailed presentations of my current and past research projects.
